Seaweed Pesto

Seaweed Pesto made using seaweed which has been harvested and dried in the UK.

Whole Roasted Seeds & Spices

Single ingredients can be roasted e.g. Coriander, Cumin, Chia, Chilli.
We can also grind these and blend for a unique roast recipe which has a totally different flavour to the raw spice/seed.

Dukkah Spice Blend

An aromatic Middle Eastern spice blend, is typically sprinkled on olive oil-dipped pita bread. Try Dukkah on vegetables, pasta, rice or as a spice rub on seafood and meats.

Asian /Far Eastern Broth Base Mixes

Scoop 20g into a 300ml cup or bowl of hot water : add freeze dried or fresh vegetables/ pulses to your own liking and noodles can be added for a heartier meal.

Japanese style Dry Rub

Uzu, tamari soy, miso, cornflour.

Spanish Garlic Puree

A more pungent, European alternative to 'mass market' Chinese Garlic Puree. We can also roast this if required for a more rounded flavour.
