This thick-fleshed chilli is a dried poblano. The drying process gives the chilli sweet and mild fruit flavours of dried plum & raisin with coffee, liquorice & tobacco overtones.

This product is based on dried and smoked jalapeno chillies.The flavour is deep and smokey with rich cholcolate and tobacco after taste.
Tomatillo Paste
A unique blend of sweet tomatillo chillies and Oriental spices exhibiting a sweet spicey flavour and fragrant aroma.
